The Charlotte Tennis Association will host six USTA Sanctioned junior tournaments in 2021: March 20-21 - Charlotte Junior Classic Spring, Level 6, Boys and Girls 12s-18s. June 19 (-20) - Charlotte Junior Challenger 1, Level 7, Boys and Girls 12s and 14s. July 17 (-18) - Charlotte Junior Challenger 2, Level 7, Boys and Girls 12s, and 14s.

The Tournament Committee for the Charlotte Fall Junior Classic is comprised of: Tournament Chair Carla O'Connor, Tournament Director Scott Handback and Tournament Referee Tracey Horton. The tournament committee will be set up Queens University Tennis Center. We will have a Site Referee and officials at each of the sites.

Two Charlotte area teams advanced to the USTA Junior Team Tennis Sectional Championships held in Rome, Ga this past weekend. With an 11 game margin, the 14&U team captured the title in the Advanced Low Division over teams from GA, SC and TN. The 12&U Intermediate team played extremely well against teams from AL, AR and GA.
A new, simplified USTA Junior Tournaments structure took effect in January 2021! After extensive research, including feedback from our players, the USTA developed these standardized systems to provide greater consistency and more opportunities for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials.

Men and women players with an NTRP level of 5.0 or higher are drafted onto teams playing for prize money and bragging rights. Bring your friends to watch the matches! Play begins at 7.
